For the first quarter of 2026, Reddit expects revenue between $595 million and $605 million, showing a growth of 52-54 percent. Interestingly, the stock dipped after the earnings announcement, even though Reddit beat estimates. This might mean that investors are waiting for AI search revenue to show up, which hasn’t happened just yet. The gap between Reddit’s ambitions for AI search and how it currently makes money from it will be a key story to follow in the coming months.
